On-Cable Offers Cable services are available in Virgin Media
cabled streets only, subject to network capacity. Unless you are told
otherwise by us, 12 month minimum term contract applies. Further terms
and conditions apply. Prices quoted are for payment by Direct Debit. If
you pay by any other method, Virgin Media Payments Ltd will charge a
monthly £5 charge for the payment handling services it provides to you.
All prices include VAT at 17.5% where appropriate. Payment may be
required in advance. Customers may be required to pay a deposit of £25
by credit or debit card (credited to 1st bill).
Free Digital TV (Size: M)Available to new customers and
existing non-telephone customers taking up a phone service (subject to
status and credit checks). Offer comprises: Free digital TV Package and
a phone package (Talk Weekends at a minimum). See website for channel
line-up. Free digital TV (size: M) is included with your phone service
and no additional charge will be made for this TV package as long as you
remain a phone customer. Not to be used in conjunction with any other

Talk Anywhere 200, 400 & 800No charges are made for the
first 200, 400 and 800 minutes of any direct-dialled calls (this
includes UK landlines and mobiles, international landlines and mobiles,
and 3rd party dial-up ISPs). Usage is rounded up to the nearest minute
and is accumulated over each billing month. Free calls (including 0800,
emergency services and Customer Services on 150) don't use up your usage
allowance. Standard Phone Size: M (Talk Weekends) rates apply once the
monthly call usage limit has been reached, except for UK landline calls
at the weekend, which are charged at 3.25p per minute plus a 7p
connection charge per call. Standard rates apply once the monthly call

International Call Plan are included and have specific rates. All calls
are subject to a 7p connection charge. You must keep your Talk
International package for at least 30 days.
Talk MobileTalk Mobile telephone tariffs apply for those
customers paying the additional Talk Mobile monthly subscription (please
refer to our Telephone Price Guide www.virginmedia.com/phone for details
of subscription charges and tariffs). All calls are subject to a 7p
connection charge. You must keep your Talk Mobile package for at least
30 days.
Virgin TVWe will provide you with a set-top box and remote
control, which will be reclaimed if you cease to be a digital television
customer for any reason. Additional monthly rental charges apply to any
further set-top boxes you may wish to hire. Premium channels or package
upgrades, once ordered, must be kept for a minimum of 30 days.
Interactive services subject to availability. Installation charges
apply.
Virgin TV on demandOnce purchased, all chargeable On Demand
content must be viewed within 24 hours.
V+ serviceV+ must be kept for at least 12 months, unless you
are told otherwise by us. An installation charge of £150 will apply. In
addition there is a £5 a month charge for TV Size: M and L. There is no
monthly charge for TV size XL. If your V+ service is terminated,
suspended or downgraded for any reason, or if we need to update or
change your V+ equipment, you will not be able to access any recorded
programmes.
Virgin BroadbandFair usage policy applies. Minimum computer
requirements apply. Speed of internet connection assumes components
working at optimum speed and capacity. Security features not available
to Mac users. Broadband Extras subject to availability and only
available to customers who subscribe to our M, L and XL broadband
packages. Subscription charges for the M broadband package are applied
in full each month and cannot be pro-rated in the event of cancellation
part way through a month. Installation charges apply.
Subscription Dial UpWe reserve the right to disconnect calls to
Virgin Media for internet access after 2 hours' continuous use and/or
after 15 minutes if there is no data traffic on the line.
